We want you to love your WHATEVR apparel. If something isn't quite right, please email support@whatevr.shop and we'll guide you through the next steps.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the items.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@whatevr.shop for assistance. Our team will assess your request and opt for the best solution.
RETURN PERIOD
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery and the return period starts when you received your package. Shipping costs are not refundable. Gift cards and sale items are final and not eligible for return or refund.
At this time, return labels aren't provided - you're welcome to use any carrier of your choice. For safety, we recommend selecting a service with tracking and keeping your proof of shipment until your refund is processed.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return your order for a refund or opt for a gift card with an added bonus.
REFUND OPTIONS
Refund to Gift Card: Get your refund faster with a bonus! Opt for a gift card refund and enjoy 15% extra value. This is the fastest way to receive your refund. Once your return has been processed by our warehouse, the refund to a digital gift card typically takes 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email with the gift card details, which are valid for 12 months.
Refund to Original Payment Method: If you choose to receive your refund via your original payment method, it usually takes 7-10 business days. After your return arrives at our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. You can track your return using the tracking information provided with your shipment. Once the refund is issued, you'll receive an email notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
